Shipping Time:  All orders ship from our California warehouse within 2 business days from receipt of your order. Holiday season may take up to 3-4 days so plan ahead!  

Custom beads & charms: These are hand painted to order and may take up to 10 days to ship.

You can select how you want your order shipped. We use these options:

• US postal first class
• US Postal Priority mail
• US Postal Express mail
• UPS: Overnight, second day, third day select or ground
• INTERNATIONAL Orders: US Postal First class or Global Priority
• INSURANCE: Optional and charged according to postal fees.

We keep shipping charges at a minimum, and combine charges whenever possible. Multiple light weight items do not have additional shipping fees. And that's not all -- we do not charge handling fees so you can spend your hard earned dollars for actual products!

RETURNS

We hope you'll love anything you order from us, but should you need to return, we accept unused & unworn items for returns within 30 days. Our premium Italian charms are guaranteed for life, so if anything happens to them, we replace for FREE!
