Comes with 18 links, which is enough for a 6.75-7 inch wrist. We recommend getting a few extra links, as these protrude slightly on the inside from the magnets, and therefore will feel tighter. For this reason, we also recommend turning them inside out BEFORE you put on &/or remove from your wrist. They will pinch a little otherwise. It's very easy to do, just stretch them out and flip inside out.
